Persis Tikabulamu is a Project Administrator for the Erasmus Mundus Human Response Programme.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Social Administration and a Master’s degree in Health Services Research from Makerere University. She has been involved in research, project coordination and implementation across the fields of education, human rights, and health, including work with Makerere University. Her experience spans coordinating multi-partner initiatives and supporting evidence-based interventions in complex program settings.
