1st. You’ll need to register in Isctes online platform, Fenix+. The APPLY HERE button above will take you there. Make sure to select English on the right hand side

2nd. After registration, login to Fenix+ and select the option 1st round | Erasmus Mundus in Human Response:

Mandatory documentation to upload is:

  • Passport
  • Photograph
  • Diplomas
  • Transcript of records with all courses and grades
  • English proficiency test results certificate
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Statement of purpose
  • 2 Recommendation letters

All of the identified documentation is mandatory. Applications with missing documents will not be considered.

Only candidates with a Bachelor degree (180 ECTS) can be admitted.

Candidates who are not from a country where English is an official language must demonstrate proficiency in English or will not be admitted.

Accepted tests of English proficiency and minimum scores are:

92 overall (out of 120). Tests must be taken within 2 years 5 months of the start date. Applicants must meet the overall and subtest requirements, including TOEFL MyBest.

A minimum overall score of 6.5 (out of 9) and no individual score below 5.5. Tests must be taken within 2 years 5 months of the start date. Applicants must meet the overall and subtest requirements with a single test.

No other English proficiency tests will be admitted. Applications not presenting the test certificates or presenting expired tests or scores below the indicated above will not be considered.


The candidates final score will be obtained through the following criteria:

Candidates who meet the entry requirements will be assessed on a scale of 0 (zero) to 3 (three) points in each of the indicated criteria.
