Luís Filipe Martins Rodrigues, Professor at the University of Santiago in Cabo Verde, where he also serves as Head of the Department of Educational Sciences, Philosophy, and Letters, and as Coordinator of the Master’s in Portuguese as a Second Language. He holds a degree in Modern Languages and Literatures, specializing in Portuguese and English Studies, from the University of Coimbra, and a Master’s degree in Portuguese as a Foreign/Second Language from the University of Porto. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Language Didactics — Multilingualism and Education for Global Citizenship, at the Nova University of Lisbon.
