Itelvina Ribeiro is a PhD student in Management, specializing in human resources, at Eduardo Mondlane University (Mozambique); Master in Human Resources Management from the Catholic University of Mozambique; Professor in the subjects of Fundamentals of Humanitarian Action, Human Resources Management, Entrepreneurship and Marketing; Currently works as Head of the Department of Economics and Management at the Faculty of Economics and Business Sciences of Rovuma-Nampula University, her scientific areas of interest are: Human Resources Management, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Humanitarian Action.
