Former programme leader of NTNU’s Master of Science program in Global Health, which ran from 2015-2025. Now scientific director for Human Response at NTNU. Educational background in social anthropology, with research expertise in global health and women’s health topics, particularly in gender-based violence and equitable access to reproductive health care in South Asian contexts. Previous professional experience in global health financing, advocacy, and policy guidance. Actively engaged in supervision of multiple research students at various academic levels.
