Junior Researcher at the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (Brazil). He holds a Postdoctoral degree in Environmental Law and Sustainable Development. He has a PhD in International Relations and a Master’s degree in Political Science. Currently, he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses at the University of Santiago — Cape Verde and works in International Cooperation, Environmental Law and Sustainable Development, and Climate Change.
