Susana de Deus is specialized in international humanitarian and development areas with over 20 years of experience in International NGO´s such as Oxfam GB, MSF, and the Red Cross. She has been working in several countries in North and Sub-Saharan Africa, Central and South America, and Europe. Susana has solid experience in strategy design and management of humanitarian operations in complex environments. She has been overseeing country operations in different areas such as health, water and sanitation, fundraising, HR, and security whilst leading multicultural teams.
