Focal point for gender issues at the Cape Verdean Institute for Gender Equality and Equity (ICIEG), member of the Implementation of the GBV Law (Gender Based Violence) and member of the Commission for the Implementation of the Parity Law. A member of the National Immigration Council. Coordination team of the Uni-CV Summer Courses in Humanitarian Action. Member of Uni-CV team of Erasmus+ CBHE HumAct project”. Researcher. Current areas of research: research works on migrations, gender, social inclusion, local development and spatial planning.
