Registered Nurse, holding a Master's degree and possessing professional experience in international development. Senior advisor for global health initiatives at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at NTNU. Recent former coordinator for the Norwegian Research School for Global Health education for PhD candidates; currently coordinating a capacity-building project between NTNU, the Malawi University of Science and Technology (MUST), and Kamuzu University of Health Sciences (KUHeS) in Malawi which aims to develop and implement training programs in nursing, midwifery, medical microbiology, and obstetric ultrasound, at the involved universities. Also responsible for NTNU’s comprehensive collaboration with Dhulikhel Hospital/Kathmandu University, School of Medical Sciences in Nepal.
