PhD in Communication Sciences. Areas of interest: digital communication and media; marketing; development. Team member of Erasmus+ CBHE HumAct, together with the other Cape Verdean, Mozambican and Greek universities, coordinated Iscte. Has extensive experience in fostering international collaboration, supporting project development, and managing academic mobility.
